AVIATOR – Adult Vaccination In Account TO prevent the Risk
MEC Congress entrusted us with the design and development of the website for AVIATOR, a CME-accredited educational project focused on adult vaccination against Herpes Zoster.
The goal was to create a modern and functional digital platform able to host the course content while clearly communicating the project’s scientific and educational objectives.
Task
AVIATOR is a continuing medical education program dedicated to healthcare professionals, aiming to increase awareness and clinical expertise on adult vaccination against Herpes Zoster. The CME course explores epidemiology, clinical management, preventive strategies, and the impact on patients’ quality of life, providing physicians with practical tools for their daily practice.

We worked closely with MEC Congress to design and develop the AVIATOR web portal, with the goal of delivering a clear, accessible, and user-friendly educational environment.
During the development phase, we implemented several key features, including the ability to register for courses, access a personal reserved area, view the session calendar, download educational materials, and receive event updates.
The AVIATOR training program was structured in a blended format, combining in-person days at designated venues with live online sessions. For the in-person lessons, participants could download a personalized badge from their reserved area, required to access the classrooms. This setup ensured completeness, continuity, and a well-organized, professional experience for all attendees.
